Inquiries and quotes
Messages sent through the contact form or chatbot are requests for information, not binding contracts. Any quote, timeline, or proposal we share is an offer to discuss engagement and becomes binding only when both parties agree in a written project agreement, statement of work, or invoice terms we accept.

- abuse the form, chatbot, or APIs (spam, scraping, flooding);
- upload malware, illegal content, or material you do not have rights to share;
- attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or access private upload paths;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

Intellectual property
Site design, branding, and copy on innfech.com belong to innfech or its licensors. You may not copy the site for commercial reuse without permission. Project deliverables (code, designs, media) created for a client are transferred according to the signed project agreement and payment terms for that engagement—not automatically by sending an inquiry.
Third-party services
The site may link to WhatsApp, email, or other tools. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. Notification delivery may rely on email infrastructure outside our direct control.
